Booking Conditions
All prices are in U.K. Sterling and include all relevant U.K. taxes
Payments
A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your tour.
Payments can be made by cheques drawn on U.K. bank, Sterling bank draft, electronic transfer or by using a major credit or debit card.
Online Payments
Due to bank charges levied on credit card transactions, a 5% surcharge will be added to all credit and debit card transactions. We accept the following cards:

Ardoch Guides uses a secure payments gateway provided by PAYPAL.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel, you must inform us as soon as possible in writing (e-mail, fax or letter). The deposit is forfeited and, for cancellations after the final payment date, the following amounts will be retained. The remainder will be returned to you promptly by the same method as the original payment was made.
Cancellation prior to tour commencement date.
More than 42 days Deposit forfeited
41 28 Days Deposit + 30% of the balance forfeited
27 14 Days Deposit + 45% of the balance forfeited
13 8 Days Deposit + 75% of the balance forfeited
7 0 Days Full amount forfeited.
If the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of the holiday insurance you may hold then the insurance company will normally refund such charges to you.
If Ardoch Guides cancel or make a substantial change to your trip we will inform you promptly and offer a full refund of all monies paid.
